Orient Green Power reported a good set of second quarter earnings where its revenue increased 11 percent to Rs 174 crore year-on-year (YoY) and net profit stood at Rs 82 crore against a loss of Rs 21 crore in the same quarter last fiscal.
In an interview with CNBC-TV18, S Venkatachalam, MD of Orient Green said that the company expects Rs 500 crore worth of revenue and EBITDA in the range of Rs 280-290 crore in FY17.
On the company's debt he said that the overall debt stands at Rs 2,000 crore out of which Rs 1,400 crore is for the Wind energy portfolio.
Venkatachalam said that Rs 1,000 crore worth of wind business debt is already refinanced under the 5:25 scheme.Watch video for more.
