Expect acquisition of Cornerstone to close in Feb: 8K Miles

In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Suresh Venkatachari, Chairman & CEO of 8K Miles Software Services spoke about the results and his outlook for the company.

He said the third quarter performance was decent considering year-end holidays and company managed to acquire a Fortune 100 client during the quarter, he added.

The impact of higher H1B wages will be minimal if US bill becomes a law, he said, adding, most of the company's US employees have salaries above the proposed threshold.

The company should close the acquisition of Cornerstone in early February. Hence, expect margin of Cornerstone to improve in six-nine months, he said.
