Auto component-maker Bharat Forge today reported 6.64 percent decline in its net profit at Rs 96.38 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2013.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 102.78 crore for the same period of previous fiscal, Bharat Forge said in a filing to the BSE.
Net sales of the company stood at Rs 821.38 crore for the second quarter, as compared to Rs 852.19 crore during the same period of last year.
Shares of Bharat Forge were trading at Rs 281.55 on the BSE in late afternoon trade, down 1.44 per cent from its previous close.
