BGR Energy Q3 profit seen down 3.1% at Rs 32.5 cr: Poll

BGR Energy is expected to report a 3.1 percent decline in third quarter profit at Rs 32.5 crore on yearly basis, according to a CNBC-TV18 poll.

Total income of the engineering company may fall 0.9 percent to Rs 828 crore during October-December quarter from Rs 836 crore in same quarter last fiscal.

Operating profit is seen declining 8.4 percent year-on-year to Rs 93.3 crore and margin may fall 90 basis points to 11.3 percent during the quarter due to higher execution of EPC sales.

Analysts expect a lacklustre quarter for the company. They feel the company may surprise on revenue front due to execution pick up in the NTPC contracts.
