GVK Power and Infrastructure has reported its Q3 results. The company has seen its consolidated net profit go down to Rs 42 crore in the third quarter of FY11 as against Rs 46 crore in the same period the previous year. Their consolidated net sales too declined to Rs 459 crore versus Rs 474 crore in the same quarter the previous year.
