Thinksoft board recommends final dividend

Thinksoft Global Services board on April 27 has recommended final dividend of Rs 3 for the financial year 2011-12.

Earlier on November 03, 2011 the company had declared an interim dividend of Rs 2.
Meanwhile, company share rose 6.5% or Rs 3 at Rs 49.20 on the BSE.
The company touched its 52-week high Rs 63.00 and 52-week low Rs 30.10 on 26 Apr, 2011 and 23 Nov, 2011, respectively.
 
Currently, it is trading -22.22% below its 52-week high and 62.79% above its 52-week low.
Market capitalisation stands at Rs 49.25 crore.
