Deepak Fertilizer will set up a greenfield nitric acid project in Dahej, Gujarat. The setting up cost is going to be around Rs 550 crore. It will be operational from the first half of next fiscal. A third of the funding will come from internal accruals while the rest will come from borrowing, says Vipin Agarwal, President and Chief Financial Officer, Deepak Fertilizer.
