Rs 30 lakh loss a day due to toll-free DND Flyway:Noida Toll

Noida Toll Bridge, the company that maintains the Delhi Noida Direct or DND Flyway, has been facing revenue losses of around Rs 30 lakh per day as the DND is toll free, says the company's Chairman Raj K Bhargava.Last month, the apex court had ruled that the DND flyway will remain toll free and ordered an audit of Noida Toll Bridge.But Bhargava says that there are heavy maintenance costs everyday. His point of contention is that the company has not even recovered the full cost of building the freeway.
