New acquisition to aid 3-yr rev guidance of Rs 2k cr: Kellton

Kellton Tech today said it has acquired Bokanyi Consulting whose revenue stands at USD 8 million and earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of USD 800,000. The company is a player in analytics and cloud space. Speaking to CNBC-TV18, Niranjan Chintam, Founder & Chairman of the company says that the acquisition will help improve Kellton’s capabilities and expand its customer reach. It will also aid in reaching Kellton’s three-year revenue guidance of Rs 2000 crore, Chintam says.
