In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Keki Mistry, VC & CEO of HDFC spoke about their bid for Can Fin Homes.
Mistry said we have not made any revised offer. We made an offer to Can Fin about 10-15 days back.
“We have a balance sheet of more than Rs 3.5 lakh crore. Can Fin as a company is much smaller than us, its Rs 15,000 crore, so its balance sheet is not going to make significant difference to us,” he said.
