Expect mkt share in room ACs to grow to 12% in FY17: Blue Star

Blue Star has recently launched India's largest range of inverter air conditioners (ACs). Speaking to CNBC-TV18, B Thiagarajan, ED of the company says this is part of the usual summer launch that commences every year in January. This time, the company has launched 32 such models. With this move, he expects the company's market share in room ACs to grow from 10 percent to 12 percent in FY17. Furthermore, the growth target for 2016 is 25 percent, Thiagarajan adds.
