Essel Propack launches new unit in Colombia

Essel Propack has started a new facility in Colombia to cater to growing demand in the South American market.  The company has tube-packaging operations already in the country and the new unit will help the company double its capacity in the country, according to Ashok Goel, Vice-chairman and Managing Director of Essel Propack.

The company wanted to expand and build capabilities in Colombia as it has been a profitable region, he said. Two factories would mean business costs have gone up, but Colombia is still a profit-generating business for Essel Propack, he said.Watch video for more...
