CCI receives 2-3 fresh cases against DLF: Chairman

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has received two to three fresh cases against real estate company DLF. In an interaction with CNBC-TV18, CCI chairman Ashok Chawla said to that these cases are under investigation.

“My understanding is that the SC is hearing it or is going to hear it depending on the convenience of the bench. Once they are through with it, we will get an order,” Chawla said.

Meanwhile, fresh matters against DLF in the area where the competition watchdog had held it dominant have come up. “We have sent those for investigation. In any case the eventual outcome of all these matters will depend on the decision of the SC,” Chawla said.
