The Indian government has imposed anti-dumping duty on Chinese seamless tubes and pipes, confirmed Saket Jindal of Maharashtra Seamless, which will benefit from the move. "It is a good move to protect the domestic market as it was bleeding. We were in losses as China was eating away the market share in oil and steel sectors," said Jindal. Chinese imports have taken over 100 percent market share in the oil sector and over 50 percent share in the boiler sector, added Jindal.  The recommended anti-dumping duty is yet to be disclosed in a few days and 40 percent of the market should benefit, he added.
