Sunteck to commission 4 projects, eyes Mumbai low-cost mkt

Kamal Khetan promoted Sunteck realty, is planning to offer residential flats with a ticket size of Rs 1-1.5 crore for 1100-1200 square feet, a company official told moneycontrol.com.
For this, the company has earmarked a project in Goregaon, a western suburb of Mumbai. The firm had acquired 15 lakh sq ft land there in 2010, the official said.
