Himalaya International has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with JR Simplot to form joint venture in India.

Q: Can you just give us details about this JV with JR Simplot company? What is the total proportion in terms of what you all share and they share? What can we expect from this? A: JR Simplot will be sharing 50% in the JV with Himalaya. JR Simplot is one of the world leaders in French fries and various appetizers. So, Himalaya will have its all marketing tied up for all its appetizers and French fries from the plant in Gujrat, which will be in full production in next three months.
