Q: You have large amount of real estate pieces and you had said that you may want to sell off some of those properties. Have you all taken any decision are you likely to sell off some of your real estate business this year? A: We are much in advance stage of discussion for two- three of our land parcels in and around Hyderabad. Hopefully, like last year we should be getting substantial part of our income from sale of these properties. Q: In the last 15 days the stock price has moved from Rs 16- 25, there is good appreciation in secondary markets There is some talk of some fresh order inflow in the company. Could you confirm that is there possibility of any new order inflow? A: We are working on certain orders which I cannot discuss right now because then it would help my competitors to work on the similar lines. I will not be able to discuss until the orders are confirmed. I would require at least two- three days more to confirm or say anything more on that subject. Q: Your EBITDA margins improved when you last spoke to us, you were doing 9.2% by way of margins compared to less than 7% a year ago. Will you have done better in Q4 and more importantly current year how is looking April onwards since copper prices have surged so much in the last quarter, how much will you do by way of margins in at least early FY12? A: Whenever copper prices move up our margins also move up. Basically, because we start from copper scrap as our raw material and then we refine it into copper and then make downstream products for auto industry.
