The Ministry of Corporate Affairs is set to make the registration of new companies much faster than before. The MCA has promised that new companies will be registered within just 24 hours instead of the month or so that the process takes currently.
Speaking to CNBC-TV18 correspondent Malvika Jain, MCA secretary DK Mittal also said that the government would come with an exit option for section 25 companies and will take steps to create awareness about investing in online companies.
