Q: Would you agree with the criticism that there is not enough as to what this means for the consumer, there is not enough as to what this means for the telecom sector going forward, that this was administrative measures being announced in a grandiose fashion?A: From our perspective, directionally, the right kind of objectives has been laid out by the telecom minister but until details are worked out for each of them, it is very difficult to see how they will be implemented. The burning question about spectrum pricing, yes we have addressed it through another spectrum act but the renewals are coming due in 2014 for some of the operators.
