Satnam Arora, managing director, Kohinoor Foods in an interview to CNBC-TV18 said, its joint venture (JV) with McCormick is a win-win situation for the organisation.
Kohinoor Foods has finalised JV for marketing basmati rice and other food products with US based spice maker, McCormick. "We will be holding 15% stake in the new JV and McCormick will be having 85%. As far as Kohinoor Foods Ltd is concerned, promoters stake and share will remain the same," he added.
