Infosys saw its founder-chairman NR Narayana Murthy preside over the 30th annual general meeting of the company for the last time on Saturday. He is set to retire from the post of chairman in August.
Four new members were inducted to the board. Chief Financial Officer V Balakrishnan, senior vice presidents B G Srinivas and Ashok Vemuri will join the board effective immediately while Ann Fudge was also named additional director. Her appointment is effective October 1, 2011.
