'Aid from govt is temporary solution for Air India'

Jitendra Bhargava, Former Exec Director, Air India in an interview with CNBC-TV18 said, "The entire reliance has been on financial restructuring and getting aid from the government which in my opinion is a temporary and a short term solution. It will not take Air India very far. Air India needs to set its priorities right."

National carrier Air India's turnaround plan is yet to get off the ground. The much awaited group of minister's (GoM) meet on aviation failed to take any decision on a decisive course of action.
