Manish Kiri, managing director (MD) of Kiri Industries in an interview to CNBC-TV18 said, news about acquisition of Single Super Phosphate (SSP) facility of Bodal Chemicals is false.

On Monday, Bodal Chemicals made an announcement to the exchange saying that it is selling its division to Kiri Industries for about Rs 600 crore. However, Kiri Industries has already sent a clarification to BSE and NSE about this. Below is the edited transcript of his interview with Latha Venkatesh and Gautum Broker of CNBC-TV18.
