Will decide on passing on July rate hike this week: HDFC

After passing the June rate hike, HDFC's vice chairman and CEO, Keki Mistry hints the 50 basis point rate hike by the central back this July may be passed on to the borrowers.

HDFC is in no hurry to pass on the recent surprise rate hike by the Reserve Bank to its customers. Speaking exclusively to CNBC-TV18, Keki Mistry, vice chairman and CEO of the banking major said, a decision to pass or not pass the July hike will be taken this week.
