Tata Motors finally got relief today from the Supreme Court. However, the apex court has also directed them to go back to the Calcutta High Court. The auto major on Tuesday had approached the Supreme Court challenging the Calcutta High Court order refusing its plea to restrain West Bengal government from distributing land to farmers in Singur.
