Also watch the accompanying video Q: We generally always talk about your battery business but you are sitting on considerable land in Hyderabad and in Calcutta, could you tell us how much land you currently own and have you done any rough valuation of how much it is worth of any kind of monetization plans?
A: We do have a land bank in Hyderabad and Calcutta. We have not looked at monetizing at the moment because we do feel that the rates, the value of these lands will only increase especially in Hyderabad. The property market in Hyderabad is quite low. I think that once the Telangana problem is resolved, the Hyderabad property will be return much more. Underlying entity, we have closed down the facility and VRS has taken place. It
