Expect 20-25% topline growth in FY13: Unity Infraprojects

Unity Infraprojects has bagged orders aggregating to Rs 840 crore from Public Works Department, Jaipur, and National Highways Authority of India or NHAI. 

Both orders would bring Rs 450-480 crore on the topline in this financial year, said Madhav Nadkarni, CFO of Unity Infra Projects. The company has a target of around Rs 5,000-5,500 crore plus fresh orders in the next financial year, which would translate in 20-25% topline growth. Below is the edited transcript of his interview on CNBC-TV18. Also watch the accompanying video. Q: You have bagged orders worth around Rs 840 crore. Take us through the margins and when do you start execution; when will it show on your P&L? A: We have bagged two big orders. The first one is worth Rs 510 crore awarded by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI); it is build, operate and transfer (BOT) project to be executed in 29-30 months. In this financial year, we will do approximately 20 crore a month. So, we will be anticipating Rs 240 crore on the topline in this financial year.  The other BOT project is Rajasthan Public Works Department (PWD) worth Rs 330 crore to be executed in 18 months. So we expect almost Rs 15-17 crore per month from that project. We will be in a position to execute it in this financial year. So both put together, approximately Rs 450-480 crore on the topline would be booked in this financial year. Q: How much did your order book increase by in FY12? A: Almost 4,200 crore.
