At a time when passengers are crying foul about rising airfares, Delhi's low fare carrier SpiceJet is bucking the trend, though for a limited time.
The airline, inorder to mark is seventh anniversary will sell tickets for just Rs 777 on which fuel surcharge will be spared but there would be government taxes of around Rs 1,000. Keep in mind, the offer will open at 7 am and close at 8:17 a.m sharp on the airline's website or at the airline's ticketing counters at  airports.
For instance, while booking under this scheme, there would also be a passenger service fee of Rs 233, airport arrival tax of Rs 440 and airport fee of Rs 113 and service tax at 4.95% if you book on the Mumbai-Delhi sector. Similarly, the taxes would vary marginally if booked on other sectors.
The airline's CEO Neil Mills says, "This is one the best offers in recent times amid rising airfares in the domestic market. This is a great fare and is pleased to offer this special price of our all guests to mark our seventh anniversary."
