Mumbai-based real estate firm Oberoi Realty rose two percent on Monday after reporting fourth quarter earnings last week.
Revenues of the company grew by 19.3 percent year-on-year to Rs 304 crore and earnings before interest, tax, depreciation & amortisation jumped 8.4 percent to Rs 178 crore in January-March quarter.
But, profit after tax rose marginally to Rs 145.2 crore from Rs 143.6 crore during the same period.
Average realizations in the quarter went up 8 percent quarter-on-quarter at Rs 18,813 per sq ft in Q4 as against Rs 17,443 per sq ft in previous quarter.
However, overall volumes continued to be sedate in markets like Mumbai due to low offtake and no new launches in the quarter.
At 10:47 hours IST, the stock was up 1.85 percent to Rs 263.60 on Bombay Stock Exchange.
