Loop Telecom and the Indian govt are set to hold talks on international arbitration. Khaitan Holdings, which has ownership stake in loop telecom, will negotiate with the govt representatives on Feb 14-15. Officials from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and Department of Telecom (DoT) will represent the government during the talks.

Loop had sought the refund following cancellation of its licence as Loop Telecom's Mauritius-based investor's Capital Global and Kaif Investment had invoked the India-Mauritius bilateral investment treaty.
