Garware Offshore Services declares 2nd interim dividend at 7%

Garware Offshore Services at its Meeting held on January 03, 2011 has declared 2nd interim dividend at 7% i.e Re 0.70 per share of Rs 10 each.

Garware Offshore Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on January 03, 2011, inter alia, has declared 2nd Interim Dividend @ 7% i.e. Re. 0.70 per share on 23,819,093 fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
