Greaves Cotton Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 21, 2011, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2010 and to consider declaration of Second Interim Dividend for the financial year 2010-11.
