| Genesys International Corporation Limited has informed the Exchange that the High Court of Judicature at Bombay have approved the amalgamation of Genesys Worldeye Limited (a 100% Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company) with the Company, pursuant to the provisions of Section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956.
