Balaji Telefilms plans to sell three divisions

Television content provider Balaji Telefilms said on Friday it plans to sell its mobile, Internet and education divisions.

The company's board had approved the move in a meeting held on January 13. Balaji Telefilm's mobile division provides mobile-specific content in audio and video formats to telecom companies, its Internet division includes online talent portal Hoonur.com, while its education division trains media professionals through the Institute of Creative Excellence.
