With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 10, 2011, regarding Board Meeting to be held on Jan 21, 2011, for approval of quarterly results for the quarter ended December 31, 2010 (Q3) , Wipro Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors will also be considering the item of declaration of interim dividend on
January 21, 2011.
