N Thakur, chairman and managing director of PTC India spoke to CNBC-TV18 about issues that plague the power industry in India, particularly the bankruptcy of SEBs. He says that PTC had trouble only with the electricity boards of Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh and hopes that both will start repaying their debts soon.
