Visaka Inds at its meeting on February 8, 2011 has approved Rs 12.50 crore for acquisition of 10% stake in Somerset Entertainment Ventures Singapore.

Visaka Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on February 8, 2011 has approved an investment of Rs.12.50 crores for acquisition of 10% Equity stake in M/s. Somerset Entertainment Ventures Singapore Pte Limited, Singapore a Sports promotion Company subject to necessary Statutory/regulatory approvals.
