Alfa Laval (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 23, 2011, inter alia,

1. To consider and approve the Audited Accounts of the Company, for the year ended December 31, 2010 and

2. to decide on the dividend, if any, on the equity shares for the year ended December 31, 2010.
