Nikko JV to increase AUMs of Mauritius unit: Ambit Holdings

Speaking to CNBC-TV18, group CEO of Ambit Holdings, Ashok Wadhwa, said that the main aim behind the joint venture with Nikko is to increase the AUMs of their Mauritius unit.

Investment management company Ambit Holdings has announced a 50:50 joint venture deal with Nikko AMC in Ambit Mauritius. Nikko has bought 50% stake in Ambit Mauritius in a deal whose financial valuation has not been revealed. Nikko will also take ownership in Ambit
