Tech Mahindra‘s MD, Gurnani sells 1.46 lakh shares

Tech Mahindra today said its managing director, C P Gurnani has sold 1.46 lakh shares of the company for over Rs 15.50 crore.

Gurnani sold a total of 1,46,776 shares of the company for Rs 15,51,23,948.02 crore on March 26 and March 28 on NSE, the company said in a regulatory filing.

After the sale, Gurnani's stake in the company has come down to 0.15 percent or 1,97,604 shares. Before the sale he held 0.27 percent stake or 3,44,380 shares in Tech Mahindra, the filing added.
Gurnani is also the chief executive officer of Mahindra Satyam.
