Every year India Inc spends millions of dollars in trying to hire the right people and then train them to make them job ready. This is the opportunity that our next entrepreneurial duo of Himanshu and Varun decided to cash-in on. They set up Aspiring Minds which basically runs an employability assessment test called AMCAT. They have already reached out to three-and-a-half lakh students across over 1,000 colleges in India. They are now looking at the next phase of growth, so CNBC-TV18 decided to put them in touch with Mukul Singhal, SAIF Partners.

They connect aspiring minds to corporate jobs. Himanshu and Varun Aggarwal, graduates from IIT- Delhi and MIT, are the brains behind Aspiring Minds. An employment assessment company their innovation, AMCAT tests students on aptitude, academic skills test and language proficiency to help industry hire better talent. The duo has conducted the AMCAT on over three-and-a-half lakh students across 1,100 campuses in the country.
