US firm Sara Lee will pay Rs 177 crore to Godrej Consumer Products' subsidiary Godrej Household Products, for terminating the license that allowed the Indian firm to sell Kiwi shoe care and Kiwi Kleen brands in India and Sri Lanka. The termination will be effective from April 3, 2011.
