Chambal Fert appoints consultants for shipping business

Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals late on Monday said the restructuring committee of its board has appointed independent consultants to explore various options for restructuring its shipping business, reports Reuters.

The independent consultants will advise and assist the restructuring committee in this regard, the company said in a statement to the exchange. Earlier in the month, the company said its board had approved constituting a committee, comprising of a majority of independent directors, to review restructuring of its shipping business.
