LPG cylinder rates hiked by Rs 50 in Delhi, Mumbai, and other cities: Check rates

The domestic LPG cylinder prices have been hiked by over Rs 50 in Delhi, Mumbai and other cities from March 22, 2022.

After petrol and diesel, the domestic liquified petroleum gas (LPG) cylinder prices have been hiked by over Rs 50 in Delhi, Mumbai and other cities from March 22, 2022.

As per the new rates, the cost of a 14.2 kg non-subsidised LPG cylinder has been increased by Rs 50 to Rs 949.50 per cylinder in Delhi and Mumbia, reported CNBC TV-18. In Kolkata, customers will now have to pay Rs 976 for the same.

In Lucknow, an LPG cylinder will now cost Rs 987.50, while the retail price in Patna will be at Rs 1,039.50. In Chennai, a cylinder will cost Rs 965.50.

The price of 14.2 kg LPG cylinder has been increased for the first time since October 2021. Prices have been on a freeze since then despite the cost of raw material spiralling.
