After four weeks of wait, Supreme Court (SC) will be hearing the public interest litigation (PIL) against the Land Ordinance. CNBC-TV18's Ashmit Kumar reports that the government has told the SC that there is no circumvention of legislature in enactment of the Act and has refused to comment on re-promulgation that is currently in effect.
