The pre-trial arguments for framing charges against the accused in the 2G case saw former telecom minister A Raja and DMK MP Kanimozhi's lawyer suggest they want Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to appear as a witness. CNBC-TV18 asked legal experts whether this could come to pass.
