Real estate stocks gained quite smartly after P Chidambaram on slew of measures to boost real estate sector.

DLF, Unitech, Peninsula Land and Ansal Properties jumped 1-4 percent after government announced additional interest deduction on new housing loans. Interest on housing loan will save Rs 30900 for tax payer in 30 percent bracket.
