Mudra Lifestyle changes its name to E-Land Apparel

Mudra Lifestyle Ltd has informed BSE that consequent to the approval of Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2014, approval of Members through Postal Ballot, result of which was declared on January 14, 2015, and filing Form INC-24 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, the Company have received a fresh Certificate of Incorporation from Registrar of Companies, Mumbai and hence the name of the Company has been changed from Mudra Lifestyle Limited to "E-Land Apparel Limited".Source : BSE
