Classic Globe Securities' board meeting on September 13, 2017

In view of difficulty the Company is facing for converting accounting data from GAAP to Ind AS (applicable from 1st April 2017) due to lengthy process as well as well as due to compilation of data for last 2-3 years, the Company has decided to re-schedule its Board Meeting which was scheduled to be held on 14th August, 2017, as under -

Revised Notice is hereby given that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 to consider Un-Audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the 1st quarter / three months ended on 30th June 2017 (Q-I) for the financial year ended on 31st March 2018.
