Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Company 'Bihar Sponge Iron Limited' has entered into a Facility User Agreement with 'G S Pharmbutor Pvt Ltd' specialized in Contract Manufacturing having its Registered Office at Plot No. 58, 59, 66 & 67, Sector 3 Integrated Industrial Estate (IIE) Pant Nagar-263146 on 1st April, 2017 which shall come into effect from 1st April, 2017, under which G S Pharmbutor Pvt Ltd has been given right to use the Business Facility of the Company at Chandil, Jharkhand.Source : BSE
